Week 2: The art gallery

As I walked through the werby gallery I noticed this painting and it really grabbed my attention. First I thought that the naked man was a bit creepy and somewhat weird. However, after discussing the reason why he was painting nude with the artist I began to understand that maybe if he had clothes on the painting would have totally been different. I like this painting because it expresses many things. Personally, I like it because it represents the college life. I like to think of myself as the tiger in the painting, focused and striving for success while ignoring all the distractions going on around me. I believe this painting was titled Chaos and was one of my favorite art pieces this past Thursday at the Werby-Gallery.
